Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
I, hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Subject,” hereby, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data,” as amended, freely, of my own will and in my own interests, and confirming my legal capacity, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Polina Aleksandrovna Khabarova (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store,” website: https://mercybag.store/) to process my personal data provided by completing a web form on the Online Store’s website https://mercybag.store/, in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published online at https://mercybag.store/documenti-privacy, and to the following third parties: JSC Russian Post, LLC CDEK-Global, and JSC amoCRM, in accordance with the purposes of this consent.
The Personal Data Subject’s personal data may be processed using automated means and/or without the use of automated means, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
For the purposes of this consent, “personal data” means any information relating to me as the Personal Data Subject, including my surname, first name and patronymic; registered or residential postal address; education; profession; contact details (telephone number and email address); photographs; account details and usernames on social networks, messaging platforms and other electronic services; biometric personal data (information characterizing a person’s physiological and biological characteristics that can be used to establish their identity); and cookie-related data, including information about my location, operating system type and version, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution, referral source to the Website, operating system and browser language, pages visited, button clicks, and IP address.
For the purposes of this consent, “processing of personal data” means the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, extraction, use, dissemination, provision, access, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction, and any other actions (operations) performed on personal data.
The Personal Data Subject’s personal data shall be processed exclusively for the following purposes: registering the Personal Data Subject in the Online Store’s database and subsequently sending the Personal Data Subject postal communications and SMS notifications, including promotional content, from the Online Store, its affiliates and/or subcontractors; sending informational and news newsletters, invitations to Online Store events, and other promotional and news-related information; processing inquiries submitted to the Operator; providing consultations regarding the performance of the Agreement (Offer); analyzing activity on the Website and ensuring its operation, including statistical research and Website upgrades; sending informational messages; entering into and performing the Agreement (Offer); and verifying the identity of the Personal Data Subject when attending Online Store events.
The Online Store shall take, or ensure the implementation of, the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision or dissemination, as well as against other unlawful actions involving personal data. The Online Store also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data Subject’s personal data.
The Online Store may engage subcontractors to process the Personal Data Subject’s personal data and may transfer personal data to its affiliates for processing, provided that such subcontractors and affiliates assume appropriate obligations regarding the confidentiality of personal data.
Personal data shall be processed until the individual unsubscribes from promotional and news mailings. Processing of personal data may also be terminated at the request of the Personal Data Subject.
This consent may be withdrawn by the Personal Data Subject or their representative by submitting a request via email to info@mercybag.ru. If the Personal Data Subject or their representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, Individual Entrepreneur P. A. Khabarova shall be entitled to continue processing the personal data without the Personal Data Subject’s consent where grounds for such processing exist under paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data.”
The legal grounds for processing personal data are Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data,” this consent to the processing of personal data, and the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy.
The date on which the Personal Data Subject gives consent to the processing of personal data shall be the date on which the web form on the Online Store’s Website is completed.
